Seven nights against a week
A single is $65 a night. Seven of those is $455. The weekly rate is $250. Booking the week instead of seven separate nights keeps $205. On a double it is $525 against $275, a difference of $250.

Both the nightly and the weekly figures are published rates, so the difference is arithmetic on our own rate card and not a promotion.
The crossover is the fourth night. Three nights in a single at $65 is $195, which is under the $250 week. Four nights is $260, which is over it. On a double, three nights is $225 and four is $300, against a $275 week. So if you already know you are staying four nights or more, say so when you call and ask about the weekly rate.

Read that table in both directions. Our $250 single is the lowest weekly rate published in Twin Falls. Our $325 studio is not. Canyon Springs publishes $295 a week and Motel 6 works out to $315 for the week, and both of those are under our studio. If a studio is what you want, those two are worth a call. The Blue Lakes Inn line needs saying plainly. Their site carries two different weekly numbers at the same time. The body copy and the FAQ say $480 a week. Every page title and meta description says $360 a week, and $360 does not appear anywhere in the visible copy. $360 is the figure that shows up in a search result. Both were live on their site on September 2, 2026. We are not going to quietly quote the higher one at you.
The Motel 6 line is arithmetic on their own terms. Their site quotes the weekly rate per night at $45 with a seven night minimum, and seven times $45 is $315. That is their stated minimum, not a figure we built. Read September 2, 2026.
For longer stays, Canyon Springs publishes monthly rentals beginning at $1,100 per month and Blue Lakes Inn publishes monthly rentals beginning at $1,600 per month. Both read on September 2, 2026 from their own sites.

New Leaf publishes a single at $65 a night or $250 a week. 250 / 7 = 35.714285..., which is $35.71 a day across seven paid nights. A double is $75 a night or $275 a week, and 275 / 7 = $39.29 a day. A studio is $325 a week, sold by the week, no nightly rate, so no daily figure.

Published weekly rates, read September 2, 2026. Every per day figure is that week divided by seven paid nights. Blue Lakes Inn runs both of its figures at once. Motel 6 is a booking engine quote. Of the Twin Falls lodging businesses publishing a weekly rate, $250 was the lowest we read that day.
The single steps down again. A stay of up to 30 days is $1,000. That is a flat price for the stay, so it comes to $33.33 a day only if you use all thirty: 1000 / 30 = 33.333... Thirty days at the weekly rate would be 250 / 7 x 30 = $1,071.43, so the 30 day rate saves $71.43. Canyon Springs publishes $1,100 a month, which is $36.67 a day, and Blue Lakes Inn $1,600 a month, which is $53.33 a day. Theirs renew. Every New Leaf reservation is capped at 30 days, so for a longer stay we are not the right business.
What we are not claiming. We are not saying either motel rents by the week only. Neither minimum stay answer above states a number of nights, and we leave it there. We are also not cheapest for one night: Canyon Springs publishes $45 and our single night is $65. And $35.71 takes seven paid nights, the same way $33.33 takes all thirty days.
Room type decides the address. A single is at nine of our twelve addresses, a double at eight, a studio at nine. Three sell a studio only: 760 Main Ave Extended Stay, 760 Main Ave S; Deluxe Motor Lodge, 761 Main Ave W; Jones Motel, 660 Main Ave N. Twin Falls Motel, 2152 Kimberly Rd, sells a single only. Where somebody else is cheaper
Canyon Springs Extended Stay at 1357 Blue Lakes Blvd N publishes "Rates as low as $45 a night!" on its own site, read September 2, 2026. That is under our $65 single. If one cheap night is the whole job, that is a real number and you should call them.
Blue Lakes Inn publishes "As low as $53/night when you book a month!" on its own site, read September 2, 2026. That is also under $65, on their terms, for a month.
Motel 6 Twin Falls publishes no rack rate at all. Their own booking engine quoted $56 to $61 a night at the member rate for October 14 to 15, 2026, against a struck through $64 to $69. For 1 to September 2, 2026 the same engine quoted $95. Read September 2, 2026. Those are live quotes for named dates, not a rate card, and chain prices move daily. Anyone who tells you a chain's engine quote is their standing rate is guessing.
So on a single night we are not the cheapest in Twin Falls and we are not going to say we are. The week is where our single is lowest. $250 against $295, $315 and $360. Checked September 2, 2026.
One more for the file. SureStay by Best Western at 1260 Blue Lakes Blvd N publishes no weekly, monthly or extended stay rate anywhere on its site, and its booking engine has no extended stay filter. That engine quoted $144.32 to $184 a night for September 1 to 2, 2026, read September 2, 2026. That is one date, and it will read differently tomorrow.
Three other lodging businesses in Twin Falls publish nothing, because they have no working website. That is a fact about this market and not a knock on them. It does mean there is no number of theirs to put in a table beside ours.

St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center on Pole Line Road is 3.1 miles from this door, about 7 minutes by car. If someone you love is in there for a stretch, a $250 week is a different kind of decision than a nightly rate.
College of Southern Idaho is 1.9 miles and about 4 minutes. Chobani is 4.6 miles and about 9 minutes. Amalgamated Sugar is 4.3 miles and about 8 minutes. Magic Valley Regional Airport is 6.4 miles and about 13 minutes. Magic Valley Mall is 3.8 miles and about 8 minutes, the Twin Falls Public Library is 1.6 miles and about 3 minutes, and Shoshone Falls is 5.5 miles and about 10 minutes.
