Read that table in both directions. Our $250 single is the lowest weekly rate published in Twin Falls. Our $325 studio is not. The Blue Lakes Inn line needs saying plainly. Their site carries two different weekly numbers at the same time. The body copy and the FAQ say $480 a week. Every page title and meta description says $360 a week, and $360 does not appear anywhere in the visible copy. $360 is the figure that shows up in a search result. Both were live on their site on September 2, 2026. We are not going to quietly quote the higher one at you.
The Motel 6 line is arithmetic on their own terms. Their site quotes the weekly rate per night at $45 with a seven night minimum, and seven times $45 is $315. That is their stated minimum, not a figure we built. Read September 2, 2026.
For longer stays, Canyon Springs publishes monthly rentals beginning at $1,100 per month and Blue Lakes Inn publishes monthly rentals beginning at $1,600 per month. Both read on September 2, 2026 from their own sites.
Where somebody else is cheaper
Canyon Springs Extended Stay at 1357 Blue Lakes Blvd N publishes "Rates as low as $45 a night!" on its own site, read September 2, 2026. That is under our $65 single. If one cheap night is the whole job, that is a real number and you should call them.
Blue Lakes Inn publishes "As low as $53/night when you book a month!" on its own site, read September 2, 2026. That is also under $65, on their terms, for a month.
Motel 6 Twin Falls publishes no rack rate at all. Their own booking engine quoted $56 to $61 a night at the member rate for 14 to October 15, 2026, against a struck through $64 to $69. For 1 to September 2, 2026 the same engine quoted $95. Read September 2, 2026. Those are live quotes for named dates, not a rate card, and chain prices move daily. Anyone who tells you a chain's engine quote is their standing rate is guessing.

Three other lodging businesses in Twin Falls publish nothing, because they have no working website. That is a fact about this market and not a knock on them. It does mean there is no number of theirs to put in a table beside ours.

St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center on Pole Line Road is 3.1 miles from this door, about 7 minutes by car. If someone you love is in there for a stretch, a $250 week is a different kind of decision than a nightly rate.
College of Southern Idaho is 1.9 miles and about 4 minutes. Chobani is 4.6 miles and about 9 minutes. Amalgamated Sugar is 4.3 miles and about 8 minutes. Magic Valley Regional Airport is 6.4 miles and about 13 minutes. Magic Valley Mall is 3.8 miles and about 8 minutes, the Twin Falls Public Library is 1.6 miles and about 3 minutes, and Shoshone Falls is 5.5 miles and about 10 minutes.
